Forex Strategy of CCI and Alligator Indicator

This strategy is developed with cci and alligator indicator. This is profitable strategy on the trendy market. In this strategy, signal will be come in the direction of trend. So it can be easy to follow and has good possibility to make profit by this strategy

How to get buy signal
First a bullish candle needs to cross alligator indicator. At the same time, CCI needs to stay above 0 level or 100 level. This is buy signal according to this strategy.

Check the chart example of below picture, on first buy setup, bullish candle cross alligator and CCI was above 100 level. So this was good buy setup and traders would get at least 100 pips from this setup.
On the second buy setup, market price crossed alligator and CCI was above 0 level. So this is another buy setup. Traders would get another 100 pips from this setup.



How to get Sell signal
First a bearish candle needs to cross alligator indicator from upper to lower. At the same time, CCI needs to stay below 0 level or 100 level. This is sell signal according to this strategy.

Check the chart example of below picture, on first sell setup, a big bearish candle crossed alligator and CCI was below 0 level. Traders would get more than 100 pips from this sell setup
On the second sell setup, candle crossed alligator with big bearish candle. At the same time CCI was below 0 level. So this is another sell setup and traders would 40-50 pips



Preferred Time frame: H1 is preferable. M30 for scalping.

Currency pairs: All pairs.

Take profit and Stop loss:Take profit should be based on time frame. Minimum take profit 30 pips, you can target 100-150 pips profit.
Stop loss need to be placed above swing high for sell signal and below swing low for buy signal.

Risk warning:This strategy is not suitable for ranging market. So traders need to avoid during ranging condition. You have to follow money management theory for following this trendy strategy. Before using this strategy, you need to practice this on demo account.
